You can place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.Once the order has been placed and payment made, we will then sort your order and dispatch it out to you as soon as possible.
Once you have recieved your order you must check it over straight away. If there is any problems with it you must contact us immediately as you only have 14 days to return the items.(8) Delivery
We are able to ship worldwide and our delivery destinations are split into 3 areas. The UK, EU and the Rest of the World.For delivery to the UK please allow 2 to 5 working days.
For delivery to Europe please allow 5 to 10 working days.
For delivery to the rest of the world please allow 7 to 21 working days.
*Please note: Orders shipped outside of the UK are responsible for paying all customs and import duty charges set by the destination country.
We ship orders regularly throughout the working week. We do not dispatch goods on weekends or bank holidays.(9) Cancellation and Return/Exchange Policy
If you wish to cancel your order:Before goods have been dispatched: You must contact us via our contact form. (Within 24 hours)
After goods have been dispatched: You must return the goods to us in an unworn, unused condition, within 14 days of receipt for a full exchange or refund.
