What forms of payment do you accept?
All of our payments go through PayPal. This includes all the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.
How secure is this store?
All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. It does not share any of your sensitive payment information with us.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
No. We currently do not offer wholesale pricing.
(3) Return / Exchange Policy
What is your exchange / return policy?
If you wish to cancel your order:
Before goods have been dispatched: You must contact us via our contact form. (Within 24 hours)
After goods have been dispatched: You must return the goods to us in an unworn, unused condition, within 14 days of receipt for a full exchange or refund.
The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you if you ordered the wrong size/colour. If there is a problem with the product quality then we reimburse you the costs.
When returning an item please print out, and fill in the return form, and include it with your returning package.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange as required.
(4) Delivery
How long will delivery of my order take?
We are able to ship worldwide and our delivery destinations are split into 3 areas. The UK, EU and the Rest of the World.
For delivery to the UK please allow 2 to 5 working days.
For delivery to Europe please allow 5 to 10 working days.
For delivery to the rest of the world please allow 7 to 21 working days.
*Please note: Orders shipped outside of the UK are responsible for paying all customs and import duty charges set by the destination country.
We ship orders regularly throughout the working week. We do not dispatch goods on weekends or bank holidays.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. You can view the shipping costs on the right side of each product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.
